Polpetta was born out of friendship and a shared love for boss food. Joel McCarthy and Molly McCann are the faces behind Polpetta, a brand new Italian inspired kitchen and deli.
Joel, a trained chef, has worked in the food industry for over 10 years and prior to her UFC career Molly was the Queen of meatball sandwiches whilst working at Subway, which is were she picked up her fighting name āMolly āMeatballā McCannā. Their experience and shared passion for great food is what led to the idea of Polpetta!
