Little Furnace

Little Furnace Wood Fired Pizzas was set up in March 2013 by Peter and Ryan. Two chaps with a love of fine food particularly Pizza. With little money they purchased a small oven (Ozvaldo) before raising enough to buy a larger oven (Papa Gambosa) and a trailer to carry this behemoth. They then spent the next three years selling pizzas at larger events up and down the UK raising enough money to open both a stall at Baltic Market and their own restaurant on Smithdown Road.
