Canada's national dish
It ain't easy being cheesy.
Michael and Lizzie met on a ski instructors course when living in Mont Tremblant, Quebec back in 2013. After discovering poutine for the first time, they became obsessed with it and Caribou Poutine was born.
Poutine is Canada's national dish and is a celebration of hand-cut chips, cheese curds and delicious gravy. Expect steak with garlic butter, a hangover breakfast version, maple bacon and a vegan sausage poutine that'll blow your mind.
