Independent Liverpool started over a cup of coffee between life-long friends over four years ago. Born out of love of all things local, during our journey to support independents we started hosting food and drink festivals which has seen tens of thousands of people come and drink local beer, eat local food and support a thriving independent scene. This has led us to Baltic Market, Liverpool’s first street food market and our next chapter.Learn more about us

After spending months trying different butchers and suppliers, Frank finally set on a long standing Polish family butchers, as Poland is renowned as the pinnacle of smoked sausage production.Learn more about us
