We are always on the look-out for ambitious and enthusiastic people to help keep the good people of Liverpool full and merry. At the moment we have many positions available; management roles, bar staff and bar back vacancies and we are also looking for chefs. We’ve got great rates of pay, we’ll be bfs to work with and lots of local lovely beer. Experience is preferred but not essential.

Who we are

Independent Liverpool

Oliver Press & David Williams

Independent Liverpool started over a cup of coffee between life-long friends over four years ago. Born out of love of all things local, during our journey to support independents we started hosting food and drink festivals which has seen tens of thousands of people come and drink local beer, eat local food and support a thriving independent scene. This has led us to Baltic Market, Liverpool’s first street food market and our next chapter.

Meet Frank

Tim Haggis

Meet Frank was born out of a desire to offer the high quality dogs in England that Frank fell in love with abroad. Having travelled across Europe & the US - including a pilgrimage to the birthplace of hotdogs NYC, Frank was amazed at the variety of hotdogs on the continent and wanted to bring them home. After spending months trying different butchers and suppliers, Frank finally set on a long standing Polish family butchers, as Poland is renowned as the pinnacle of smoked sausage production.
